A medical crisis can take patients and families away from their own home in search of specialized treatment. To lessen the financial and emotional burden associated with medical treatment, Open Arms provides a home away from home at no cost to qualifying patients and families facing this situation.
Applying for an Open Arms Home
Guests must be referred to Open Arms homes through their treatment facility. If you are interested in staying in an Open Arms home, please contact your treatment center's case manager or submit the form below.
The Heart of MAA
We refer to Open Arms as the "heart of MAA" because of stories like these.
We could not believe this existed. We were told that if we got accepted, we could move into a 2 bedroom home, in a community with luxury amenities, could stay for up to 2 years if needed, and our dogs were welcome. Our heads were spinning. It felt too good to be true.
