How To Apply Frequently Asked Questions

Once you choose your apartment, click on the Apply Now button next to the unit you’d like to apply for to begin the application process. Then you just need to follow the instructions to submit your secured application online.
Please contact the MAA community you’ve chosen to get more information as security deposits vary by community.
Lease terms are generally 12 months, but each community has their own lease terms. Please contact the community you’re interested in for more information.
Yes! Simply click on the Apply Now button on the community page you’re interested in and then it’s as easy as following the instructions.
In general, you should hear from a leasing agent within 48 hours, but please note, processing times can be different from community to community.
No problem. If you need more information before submitting an application, you can email us your questions, give us a call or stop by one of our communities. Our pricing does change based on availability and submitting your application locks in the rate you see online.
