Q: Does MAA require an additional pet deposit?

Depending on the community, there my a be an additional deposit required. Please either contact the community directly or check out the community page on your site. You can find this information under Leasing Info on the Available Apartments page.

Q: What kinds of pet facilities do your communities have?

Some of our communities have dog wash stations, while other feature Bark Parks and other dog walking amenities. Please refer to the community page you're interested in for a full list of pet amenities.

Information & Guidelines

MAA Communities are a welcoming, pet-friendly environment with no breed or weight restrictions.
There is a maximum of two pets per household.
You may only have and keep an animal that is considered a common domesticated household animal that is suitable for living in an apartment community. Common domesticated animals are domestic dogs, cats, fish, and birds.
Animals must be current on all vaccinations required by law.
Required Fees for pets are a one-time Non-refundable Pet Fee due at move-in and Monthly Pet Rent. The amount of the pet fee and pet rent differs by community and the number of pets.
At MAA Fallsgrove, the pet fee is $350 for one pet and $525 for two pets, and monthly pet rent is $30 per pet. For details about other MAA communities, please contact us today or explore the “MAA Communities” tab on our website.
